Educational Development

Our Programme

Education Is the Cornerstone of Lasting Change

At the Impala Foundation, we believe access to quality learning transforms not just individuals but entire communities across generations. Our Educational Development Programme removes the barriers that stop young people completing their education.

We work directly with institutions, learners, and families to provide scholarships, learning materials, tutoring support, and infrastructure improvements. Our mentorship component connects students with professionals who guide them toward higher education and meaningful careers.

We also support skills and vocational pathways, recognising that a qualification only matters if it leads somewhere.

Young adults from underserved communities pursuing tertiary education at UDS Tamale, Ho Technical University and Dabokpa Technical Institute.

What We Do

Our Key Activities

Six areas of practical support that keep students in education and moving forward.

Scholarships & Bursaries

We sponsor school and university fees for students whose families cannot afford them, so no qualification is cut short by financial hardship.

Mentorship & Career Guidance

Students are connected with professionals and role models who guide them toward higher education and meaningful career pathways.

Learning Materials

Textbooks, stationery, and digital tools so students can participate fully in their education without resource constraints.

Literacy & After-School Clubs

Additional support outside the classroom, helping struggling students build confidence and academic skills.

School Infrastructure

From desks and classrooms to sanitation facilities, we make sure institutions are safe, dignified learning environments.

Skills & Vocational Training

At partner institutes like Dabokpa Technical, we support practical skills that lead directly to employment and entrepreneurship.
